A responsive, hyper-functional design system that creates structure in any format, on any platform. Layout and hierarchy can be restructured nimbly and efficiently. Old Spitalfields Market represents the frame, the underpinning, the substrate that supports and empowers the content, members and communities to thrive.

We use layout, and an exaggerated indent, not just to convey a message but to imply space, creating a flexible floor plan.

HULI Burgers

“Welcome to Ireland’s largest burger restaurant.”

HULI designed by LMPP Studio opened in Mullingar September 2019, in a major acceleration of Ireland’s burger wave. The huge 200-seat ‘no reservations’ flagship restaurant offering the freshest fast casual food in Mullingar with sites opening in cities across Ireland in 2020.

LMPP Studio delivered brand strategy, naming, brand identity, graphic design, interior design, architectural planning, packaging and environmental graphics for the new burger chain.

Ice Cream Magic

“Offbeat have opened a new store and guess what?... they’re selling ice cream”

Donut and ice cream lovers, we have been working with the team over at Offbeat creating a new offering to the awesome Offbeat brand.

Ice cream donuts burgers, sundae sandwiches with loaded ice cream cones and awesome ice cream shakes. All made fresh on-site at the brand spanking new store on Westmoreland Street, and the brand new ice cream range will be sold exclusively here.

BAR & BOTTLESHOP

A stripped-back social hub celebrating some of the best craft, small batch and East London drinks suppliers.

A new social hub for the Market, the Old Spitalfields Market Bar and Bottle Shop is a stripped back and an uncomplicated affair. A celebration of some of the best craft, small batch and East London drinks suppliers.

A great meeting place for drinks before, during or after a visit to one of the amazing Kitchens on the main market floor.  Open all day, the Market Bar will also serve some great charcuterie and cheeses to compliment the drinks menu.

The menu will feature many of East London’s great craft beers and small produced spirits to support an accessible cocktail list. The all natural wine bar and bottle shop called ‘SLO Wine’, features wines sourced from very small producers using bio-dynamic and organic wine-making techniques.

The Bar operates a bottle shop allowing customers to take away many of the wines, beers and spirits to enjoy at home or as gifts.
